Wallace David Clark Jr age 73 of Old Kersey Road Kersey, PA; died on Wednesday September 4, 2024 at his residence. Born on April 25, 1951 in St Marys, PA; he was the son of the late Wallace D. and Helen Kalgren Clark Sr. He was a 1969 graduate of the St Marys Area High School, and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and Metropolitan State College of Denver, CO respectively. Retired, Wallace had been employed as a contractor for the US Military working in Systems Engineering. He was Protestant by faith and was a member of Grigsby Chapel United Methodist Church in Knoxville, TN and Saint Matthias United Methodist Church in Fredericksburg, VA. As a 32nd degree mason, he was a member of Chota Masonic Lodge #253 in Concord, TN; Scottish Rite of Freemasonry – Valley of Knoxville, TN; and Kerbela Shriners Southern Jurisdiction also in Knoxville. He also was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #146 in St Marys. Wallace enjoyed bee keeping and quilting. He is survived by twin daughters Kristen Clark and Heather Clark and 2 sons David (Jen) Clark and Mark (Christina) Clark all of Knoxville, TN; and 3 grandchildren Caleb, Ian and Amy. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a sister Margaret “Peggy” Powley. Visitation will be on Thursday September 12 from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 13 at 11:00 AM also at the funeral home with Pastor Faith Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
