Theresa Fremer Schlenker

Theresa Ann Fremer Schlenker age 58 of Arch Street Brockway, PA; died on Tuesday July 23, 2024 at Penn Highlands DuBois. Born on July 30, 1965 she was the daughter of the late Joseph P. Fremer and Mary Alice Wells Fremer who survives and lives in Brockway. She was a 1983 graduate of the Brockway High School. Theresa had been employed at the Sheetz store in Brockway, and retired from O-I Brockway Glass as an Inspector. She enjoyed crafting, coloring and especially cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In addition to her mother, she is also survived by sisters Mary Jo (David) Umbaugh of Toano, VA; Sarah (Jason) Anderson of Brockway; brothers Joseph “Dodie” (Shelley) Fremer and Timothy “Earl” (Desiree) Fremer both of Brockway and her beloved dog Molly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she is also preceded in death by her much loved dog Ginger. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 27 from 9 AM to 11 AM at St. Tobias Church in Brockway. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11:00 AM with Msgr. Charles Kaza presiding. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Tobias Church 1135 Hewitt Street Brockway, PA 15824.
