Terry E. Kriner

Terry E. Kriner age 66 of Brockport, PA; passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Born on September 11, 1958 in DuBois, PA; he was the son of the late Chuck Shugars and LaVonne Carnesali Shugars who survives and lives in Brockport. On April 19, 1986 he was married to Patricia “Patti” Preston and she survives. Retired, Terry had been employed as a Hot End Operator at Owens-Brockway Plant 19 for 36 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was Catholic by faith. Terry was a member of the V.F.W. Club in Crenshaw and the Horton Sportsmen’s Club. One of his greatest joys came from traveling around camping with Patti. He was able to check off a bucket list objective by spending and entire winter season last year in Florida camping. He also enjoyed cheering for the Steelers and the Penguins. In addition to his mother and his wife he is also survived by sons Eric (Sue Gilbert) Kriner of Taylorsville, NC; Brent Kriner; Jason (Billie) Delp of Johnson City, TN;  Jeffrey (Nikki) Delp of Temple, TX; a sister Susan Shugars of Brockport, PA; brothers Scott (Mindy Potts) Kriner and Mark Kriner both of Brockway; Mike Kriner also of Brockport. Terry is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by a granddaughter Zoe Delp. There will be no public visitation. A private Funeral Service will be held with Fr. John Detisch officiating. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Ceremony is being planned and will be announced in the near future. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
