Shannon Leigh Crutcher

Shannon Leigh Crutcher age 39 of Hanes Drive DuBois, PA; died on Sunday November 30, 2025. Born on January 12, 1986 in Ridgway, PA; she was the daughter of Dennis (Shannon) Crutcher of New Millport, PA and Joanne (Ron)  Pendleton Verhagen of Santa Fe, New Mexico. She had been employed as a CNA. Shannon enjoyed ceramics, baking, crafts, shopping and going fishing. In addition to her parents she is survived by a daughter Abigail Zapalac of DuBois;  2 sisters: Brandon Leithner of St. Marys, PA; Jessica (Quinton) Raybuck of Hyde, PA; a brother Ryan (Kasie) Fields of Brockway; a step-sister Tiffany (Chad) Williams of Frenchville, PA; a step-brother Maurice Verhagen of The Netherlands; a step-brother Jaimy Verhagen of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a step-brother Dustin (Nicole) Witherite of Grampain, PA; grandmother Rita Thompson of Brockport and a step-grandfather Dean Martz of Fayetteville, PA.  She is preceded in death by a step-brother Lucas McCracken; maternal grandmother Donna Martz; paternal grandfather Ralph Pendleton; paternal grandmother Margaret Allen and her paternal grandfather Dennis Thompson. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 5 at 2:00 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway with Pastor David Nagele officiating. Memorial donations will be accepted to help Abigail adjust to circumstances and look after her well-being. They may be made to her grandmother Joanne or her grandfather Dennis.
