Sara Raybuck

Sara F. Raybuck age 98 an Airport Road Reynoldsville, PA resident (Beechwoods) died on Monday August 11, 2025 at her residence. Born on December 20, 1926 in Allens Mills, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Corbin Miller. On June 16, 1950 she was married to Harold F. Raybuck and he preceded her in death on September 8, 2015. Retired, Sara had been employed at Sylvania prior to her marriage, and afterwards she became the bookkeeper for Raybuck Builders, a construction company owned by her husband. She was a member of the Allens Mills Methodist Church. Sara was an avid bowler and enjoyed when canning season would roll around. Family party’s and picnics also brought her great joy. She also loved to cheer on the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Steelers. She also enjoyed building jigsaw puzzles and working on word search games. Sara also never missed an opportunity to play dominoes with her grandson Ryan. She is survived by a son Harry (Mary Ann) Raybuck also of Beechwoods and two grandsons Eric and Ryan Raybuck. She is also survived by her lifelong neighbor and cousin Bill (Mary Ann) McClelland. In addition to her parents and her husband she is also preceded in death by a son Samuel Raybuck, 2 sisters Doris Doane and Mae Shaffer and 3 brothers Harold, Pete and Herbert Miller.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 19 from 2 PM to 3 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Joni Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Beechwoods Cemetery.
