Ruth E. Ganley

Ruth E. Ganley age 81 a resident at the Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor in Brookville, PA; died on Sunday October 7, 2024. Born on January 12, 1943 in Dixonville, PA; she was the daughter of the late Fred and Helen Winkelman Everett. She was married to Bernard M. Ganley and he preceded her in death on December 1, 2008. Retired, Ruth had been employed by National Geographic as a Billing Clerk. She enjoyed crocheting, needlework, and especially shopping. Ruth is survived by a son Thomas (Wendy) Webb of Florida; a sister Linda Kite of Brockway; and a brother Ed (Ruth) Everett of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. All services for Ruth will be private. Burial will be in Temple Cemetery at Hazen. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.
