Richard L. “Dickie” Fustine age 74 of Main Street Brockway, PA; died on Monday August 28, 2023 at Penn Highlands DuBois. Born on February 3, 1949 in Brockway, he was the son of the late Floyd and Kathryn Johnson Fustine. Retired, Dickie had been employed at Brockway Pressed Metals for over 25 years and later worked at Phoenix Sintered Metals. He was Catholic by faith, and was a member of the V.F.W. Club and the Brockway Sportsman’s Club. Dickie enjoyed reading, solving word puzzles, hunting, cheering for the Pirates and the Steelers and especially hanging out at the pond. He is survived by 3 sisters: Lenora (John) Gilbert of Brockway; Cindi (Doug) Pifer of Ottawa, IL and Michele (John) Heberling of Falls Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a niece Anjanette Pifer. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 5 from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday September 6 at 11:00 AM at St. Tobias Church also in Brockway with Fr. John Detisch presiding. Burial will be in St. Tobias Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Brockway Ambulance Association PO Box 222 Brockway, PA 15824; Brockway Volunteer Hose Company PO Box 253 Brockway, PA 15824 or to the charity of the donors choice.
