Nancy J. Lindemuth Cooper

Nancy J. Lindemuth Cooper age 77 a resident at the Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor in Brookville, PA; died on Saturday November 30, 2024. Born on March 26, 1947 in Hazen, PA; she was the daughter of the late Milton and Ella Thompson Lindemuth. Retired, Nancy had been employed for many years as a CNA at numerous local nursing homes including Highland View, Brookside, the DuBois Nursing Home and the Jefferson Manor. She also was employed for several years at Paris Cleaners in the Uniform Division. Nancy was Methodist by Faith. She enjoyed quilting and knitting, especially mittens and hats. She is survived by a son David Davis of New Bethlehem, PA; 2 daughters Barbara Henretty of Munderf, PA; Suzanne (John) White of Hazen; a sister Hazel (Ken) Thompson also of Munderf, and a brother William (Ella) Lindemuth also of Hazen; 3 grandchildren Amanda Henretty of Grand Junction, CO; Krista Uhrin of Brookville; Sara White of Hazen and a great granddaughter Elliana Uhrin. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by a brother Edward Lindemuth, a sister Mary Hovis, her son-in-law Wes Henretty and a great granddaughter Lily Uhrin. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 5 from 5 PM to 7 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Joni Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Richardsville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org or the Dementia Society of America at www.dementiasociety.org
