Louise May Luke

Louise May Clark Luke age 82 of Crenshaw died on Friday June 2, 2023 at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA Born on May 22, 1941 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Sadie Brehm Morris. She was married to Frank Luke Sr. and he preceded her in death on February 23, 2006. Louise had been employed at Brockway Glass as a Packer, and later she became the book keeper at Luke’s Auto Sales and Service, a business she co-owned with her husband. She also was a homemaker. Louise was a member of St. Tobias Church in Brockway, the Eagles Club in Falls Creek, and the Horton-Brockway Lions Club. She enjoyed playing bingo, country music, baking pies and just being in the outdoors. Louise considered Westville "Home" as she grew up there with family and close friends prior to marriage and enjoyed talking and visiting with the people from as she would say "Out Home." She is survived by her children Frank (Sandy) Luke Jr. of Brockway, Cathy Luke Licatovich also of Brockway and Henry Luke of Crenshaw; 6 grandchildren: Frank L. Luke, Jessica (Matt) Pearce, Katelyn (Brandon) Romain, Eric (Christina) Licatovich, Jaron Licatovich and Taryn Licatovich; 6 great grandchildren: Hudson, Aiden, Cohen, Gavin, Jackson and Reese. In addition to her mother and her husband she is also preceded in death by a brother Harry “Butch” Morris who lived in Kylertown and a sister Jean who lived in Virginia. Calling hours will be on Tuesday June 6 from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday June 7 at 11:00 AM at St. Tobias Church in Brockway with Fr. John Detisch presiding. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army or the American Lung Association.
