Linda M. Lundberg

Linda Marie Lundberg age 75 of Lundberg Road Brockway, PA; died on Thursday February 16, 2023. Born on September 16, 1947 in DuBois, PA; she was the daughter of the late Mark and Kathryn Stewart Sheley. Linda was married to Deacon Edward Ward and he preceded her in death on January 29, 2008. She then married Robert “Bob” Lundberg Sr. on February 27, 2016 and he survives. Retired, Linda had been employed as a CNA at Pinecrest Manor in St. Marys. After her retirement, she continued to provide in home health care to many local Brockway area residents. Linda was a member at St. Tobias Church in Brockway and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, gardening and praying the rosary daily. In addition to her husband Bob she is also survived by daughter’s Deb (Mike) Nelson of Green Castle, PA; Carol Wingard of Brockway; a son Edward (Theresa) Ward Jr. of  Brockport; daughter Denise (Jeffrey) Larson also of Brockport; 2 sisters Pat (Jim) Huffman of Brockway; Kathy (Chris) Federici of DuBois; 2 brothers Mark (Mary Kay) Sheley of Brockway; Greg (Bonnie) Sheley of Brockport; 2 step daughters Angela (Fred) Deemer of DuBois; Georgiann (Gary) Anderson of Brockway; a step son Robert “Bob” (Denise) Lundberg Jr. of Brockway. Linda is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her first husband she is also preceded in death by a daughter Christine Stewart and 2 granddaughters Amanda Wingard and Scarlett Shaffer. Calling hours will be on Sunday February 19 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday February 20 at 12:00 PM at St. Tobias Church in Brockway with Fr. John Detisch presiding and Msgr. Charles Kaza con-celebrating.
