Joshua P. Brosky

Joshua Paul Brosky age 41 of Cenni Lane Ridgway, PA (Brandy Camp) died on Tuesday December 12, 2023 at his residence. Born on November 17, 1982 in Ridgway, PA; he was the son of Rodney P. Brosky of Coalport, PA; and Lisa Snedden Brosky of Brockway. Josh was a 2002 graduate of the Brockway High School and was an electrician by trade. He was Methodist by faith and served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the Infantry Division.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting coins and baseball cards. Just about anything old interested him. In addition to his father and his mother he is also survived by a brother Jason Brosky of Johnsonburg, PA; his maternal grandmother Norma Jean Snedden of Ridgway; 2 half-sisters Rebecca and Jasmine Brosky;  aunts and uncles: Bill Snedden, Terry Snedden, Linda Kincaid, David Snedden, Rick Snedden, Tracy Weisner, Kelly Bush, Sandra Brosky, Rick Brosky and Sally Brosky. He is also survived by numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Bob and Sally Brosky, his maternal grandfather Dale Snedden Sr. and and uncle Dale Snedden Jr. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, December 21st from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Memorial Service will immediatley follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Ann Foor officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
