Joseph M. Onoratti Sr.

Joseph M. Onoratti Sr. age 81 of Brockport, PA; died on Saturday May 15, 2021 at his residence. Born on February 12, 1940 in Brockway, he was the son of the late Felix and Louise Salizzoni Onoratti. On April 8, 1961, he married Barbara J. Kone of DuBois, PA and she survives.  Joe and Barb recently celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary at home with their children. Joe graduated in 1958 from the Brockway Area High School. He worked most of his life for Brockway Borough, Varischetti Excavation and Browning-Ferris Industries (BFI) as a Construction Manager. In retirement he enjoyed helping his children, his grandchildren and operating equipment for his son. He was a member of the Brockway Sportsmen’s Club, Brockway VFW and the Falls Creek Eagles Club. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by three children: Marlene (Christopher) Pisarcik of Cumming, GA; Joseph (Tammy) Onoratti Jr. of Brockport, PA; and Shari (Bill) Wolfe of Brockway. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Leanne (Josh) Huey, Nick (Mary Jane) Pisarcik, Joseph and Julianne Onoratti, and Olivia and Chase Wolfe; 5 great-grandchildren: Bradley Huey; Gabriella, Marshall, Isaac and Sophia Pisarcik; and 2 brothers: James Onoratti of Brockway and Earl Onoratti of Warren, PA. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by an infant brother David Michael Onoratti. There will be no public visitation. All services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Tobias Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Tobias Roman Catholic Church 1135 Hewitt Street Brockway, PA 15824
