James M. Ceriani

James Mark Ceriani age 70 of Boalsburg, PA; died on Wednesday April 13, 2022 at Providence Point Healthcare in Pittsburgh, PA. Born on May 15, 1951 in Brockway, PA; he was the son of the late Julio J. and Elaine Martin Ceriani. James was a 1969 graduate of the Brockway High School. After high school, he went on to attend Penn State University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in 1973 and obtained his Masters Degree in 1975. Retired,  James was employed as a Ceramic Engineer at O-I in Ohio and later for Kimble Glass in New Jersey. James was raised in the Catholic Faith. He was a member of the Harris Township Lions Club, enjoyed being a volunteer at the Penn State Arboretum and was a member of the Audubon Society. He enjoyed playing golf. James is survived by a brother William (Flozanne) Ceriani; 2 sisters: Holly (Mark) DeVries and Laurie (Richard) Audenaert; 2 nieces: Janel DeVries (Terry) Geesey; Claire Ceriani and a nephew Eric James (Samantha) DeVries. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by an aunt Anna Ceriani. There will be no public visitation. All services will be private at the convenience of his family. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
