Holly H. Girty

Holly Hoffmann Girty age 56 of Hubert Street DuBois, PA; died on Wednesday February 4, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Born on March 7, 1969 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Robert R. and Miriam Hoffmann Sarver. On February 17, 2017 she was married to Michael Girty and he survives. Holly was employed as the Director of Vocation and Training for Peerstar, LLC. She was a member of the Treasure Lake Church. Holly was an exercise fanatic. Whether it was running, biking, kayaking, walking or even yoga, she was in to it. She also enjoyed watching her children play sports. Another interest she enjoyed along with Mike was studying and learning about history. In addition to her husband, she is also survived by a daughter Noelle Perrin of Brockport; Zoe Girty of Brookville; sons Jacob (Samantha) Perrin of Mentor, Ohio; Chad Perrin (Haley Woodward) of Treasure Lake; Liam Girty of Brookville; grandchildren Makenna Perrin, Vanessa Perrin and Jaelynn Perrin-Maines. Holly is also survived by her mother-in-law Patricia L. Burns also of Brookville. Visitation will be on Monday, February 9 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 10 at 12:00 PM also at the funeral home with Pastor Dave Ginn officiating. Burial will be next to her parents at the Wildwood Cemetery in Brockway. Memorial donations may be made to any Mental Health organization of the donor’s choice.
