Genevieve M. "Babe" Salvadori

Genevieve M. “Babe” Salvadori age 98 of Brockport, PA; died on Friday June 11, 2021 at her residence. Born on September 24, 1922 in Crenshaw, PA; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Susie Lescovensky Mehall. She was married to Mario Salvadori and he preceded her in death on January 15, 1974. Retired, Babe was employed at Brockway Glass and spent a good portion of her life as a homemaker. She was a member at Holy Cross Church in Brandy Camp until its closure. The church was a big part of her life, as she was a member of the Rosary Society, and enjoyed cleaning the church for many years. After its closure, she became a member at St. Boniface Church in Kersey. One of her favorite activities was attending the country music nights with her good friend Bob Frey at the Holy Cross Center. She is survived by a daughter Susan (Patrick) Ford of DuBois, PA; 2 sons: Mario Salvadori of Brockport and Brent (Dee Dee) Salvadori of Williamstown, NJ; 5 grandchildren: Neal Ford, Shane Ford, Brent Salvadori, Vincent Salvadori, Lauren Ford and one great granddaughter Remley Ford. In addition to her parents and her husband she is also preceded in death by a son William R. Mehall; 2 brothers: Thomas Mehall and Edward “Cooney” Mehall, a sister Martha Carnesali and her good friend Bob Frey. There will be no public visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday June 17 at 10AM at St. Boniface Church in Kersey with Fr. Ross Miceli presiding. Burial will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery.
