Gary L. Stubbs

Gary Lenwood Stubbs age 75 of Arch Street Extension Brockway, PA; died on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Highland View Health Care in Brockway. Born on November 21, 1945 in DuBois, PA; he was the son of the late George and Sarah Carr Stubbs. He was married to Margaret Ann Hinton on January 4, 1966 and she survives. Retired, Gary was employed in the Maintenance Department and as a Press Builder at Brockway Pressed Metals. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Gary attended the Brockway Church of God. He was a collector of antique cars and enjoyed tinkering around his house. In addition to his wife he is also survived by a daughter Melissa Smith of Brockway; a son Gary Louis Stubbs of Brockway; a brother Floyd (Sandy) Stubbs also of Brockway; 2 sisters: Beverly Bennett of Brandy Camp and Dorothy Wingard of Salamanca, NY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 3 sisters: Bernice Bennett, Mildred Kline, Betty Fields and 2 brothers: Ronald E. Stubbs and Kenneth Stubbs. There will be no public visitation. A private Committal Service will be held at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Ridgway with Pastor Dave Nagele officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Brockway Church of God.
