On August 3, 2023, Donna Arlene (Archibald) Sicheri, a longtime Brockport resident, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 8, 1932, in Westville, PA, to the late Willis and Burtress (Beers) Archibald, (later) Conrad.
In addition to her parents, Donna was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Sicheri; son Randall Steven Sicheri, Brockport, PA; sister (Doris) Maxine (Archibald) Morris (Harry), Corsica PA; brother Willis (Sonny) Archibald, Las Vegas, NV. She is survived by her son Michael (John) Sicheri, Alexandria VA. She is also survived by siblings, Beverly (Archibald) Renwick (Richard), Brockway, PA; Richard Conrad (Paula) Delancy, PA; Mona (Conrad) Dixon (Donald), Jackie (Conrad) Clark (George), David Conrad (Anna), Robin (Conrad) Muth, Bobby Lu (Conrad) Robertson (John), Dennis Conrad (Debbie), Punxsutawney PA; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Donna graduated from Brockway Snyder High School in 1950. She retired from Brockway Glass in 1995, after 37 years of service.
In retirement, Donna delighted many over the years with her baked goods, especially with her perfect cookies. She was an active member of the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Brandy Camp, PA, until its closure, and then St. Tobias Church, Brockway, PA. Donna was very active in the Holy Cross Rosary Society and served as its President. Donna had a zest for life and enjoyed traveling, and cooking. A devoted and loving, wife, mother, and aunt, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Everyone who knew her will certainly miss her and her compassionate generosity. She was a member of various local clubs and organizations, including the Brockway Area Lions Club.
Vistiation will be on Tuesday August 8 from 6-8 PM and again on Wednesday August 9 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 10 at 9:30 AM at St. Tobias Church also in Brockway with Fr. John Detisch presiding. Burial will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery at Brandy Camp, PA.
