Carl B. Reed

Carl B. Reed, 91 of Brockway PA passed away peacefully at home on Friday July 18, 2025. He was born January 10th 1934 in Brockport PA, and was the son of the late Glenn and Geneva Reed. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Linda Wilcox Reed, two sons Scott (Kelly) of York PA and Gregory (Leigh Ann) of Lusby MD, a son-in-law Bill Okerlund of Norfolk VA, two grandchildren, two step grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two brothers Vernon (Vicky) and Paul (Rita), and one sister Loretta (George) Neureiter. He was predeceased by his daughter Lisa Okerlund, and three brothers Chester, Victor, and William.
 

He retired from Owens-Brockway in 1997. He also served a tour of duty in the US Army. He attended Beechtree Union Church.
 

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 22 from 11 AM to 12 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM with Rev. Terry Felt officiating. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery. Full Military Honors will be accorded Tuesday at the cemetery by Parson-Marnati Post #95 of the American Legion Burial Detail.
