Barbara Ann Bennett

Barbara Ann Bennett age 80 of Route 219 Ridgway, PA; (Brandy Camp) died on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Penn Highlands DuBois. Born on January 2, 1941 in Ridgway, PA; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen States Becker. On February 19, 1959 she was married to Ronald Bennett and he survives. Barb was a homemaker, and a member of the Brandy Camp United Methodist Church. Lately she has been attending the Crenshaw Community Church. She was also a member of the Women’s Aglow. Barb also enjoyed baking, playing cards and croquet and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren who were the love of her life. In addition to her husband she is also survived by 2 sons: Scott (Susan) Bennett of Byrnedale, PA; Samuel (Marna) Bennett of Kersey, PA; a daughter Sheri (Michael) Martin of Ridgway, PA; 2 sisters: Janice (Leo) Shaffer of Brandy Camp; Sandy (Floyd) Stubbs of Brockway and 2 brothers: Alan “Bud” (Arlene) Becker of Brockway and Larry Becker of Kentucky. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren: Brandon Bennett, Alexandra Mikulis, Kylee Williams, Robert Bennett, Albert Bennett, Chelsea Phillips, Caleb Bennett, Gina Bennett, Justin Phillips; 8 great grandchildren: Bradyn Pristello, Connor Williams, Macy Bennett, Mitchell Bennett, Laurel Mikulis, Gracen Bennett, Iris Williams and Jade Mikulis. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents. There will be no public visitation. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 30 at 12:30 PM at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway, with Pastor Faith Bryan officiating.
