Theresa D. Keister

Theresa D. Keister age 92 of Cooper Drive Brockway, PA, died on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at Christ the King Manor in DuBois. Born on December 25, 1925 in Crenshaw, PA;  she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Frances Bauer Pavick. Theresa was married to Glenn A. Keister and he preceded her in death on May 18, 1995. Retiring in 1987,  she had been employed at Brockway Glass as an Inspector/Packer for 38 years. She was a member at St. Tobias Church in Brockway. She also was a member of V.F.W. Post #7252 Ladies Auxiliary. Theresa enjoyed spending time with her family and attending her great grandchildren’s sporting events, quilting and going to quilt shows.  She is survived by a daughter Audrey Starr of Brockway; a son Gregory Keister of DuBois; a sister Rita (Jim) Sprague of Lexington, Kentucky; a grandson Michael Starr Jr. of Treasure Lake and 2 great-grandsons Matthew and Garrett Starr. In addition to her parents and her husband she is also preceded in death by 3 brothers Joseph Pavick Jr; Bernie Pavick and Raymond Pavick and a sister Delores Crowell. There will be no public visitation. A Private Funeral Service will be held with Msgr. Charles Kaza officiating. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Brockway Ambulance P.O. Box 222 Brockway, PA 15824 or the charity of the donors choice.
