Roberta L. Sickeri

Roberta L. Sickeri a resident at Highland View Health Care in Brockway, PA; died on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Highland View. Born on June 7, 1932 in DuBois, PA; she was the daughter of the late Robert and Susan Platco Renwick. She was married to Joseph Sickeri Sr. and he preceded her in death on June 6, 1993. Retired, Roberta had been employed at Brockway Glass as a Packer for 17 years. She was a member at Moorhead United Methodist Church. Roberta enjoyed listening to music, especially Bon Jovi, sitting on her porch, playing bingo at Highland View and watching The Young and the Restless. She is survived by a daughter Lori (David) Holben of Brockway; 2 sons: Steve (Christine) Sickeri and Joseph (Jamie) Sickeri Jr both of Brockway; a brother Richard (Beverly) Renwick of Brockway and a sister Helen Bish also of Brockway. Roberta is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband she is also preceded in death by a sister Mary Lou Schutz and 2 step sons Peter and Richard T. Sickeri. Calling hours will be on Friday, May 4 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday May 5 at 10:30 AM also at the funeral home with Pastor Bob Trask officiating. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
