Robert "Vern" Thompson Sr.

Robert E. “Vern” Thompson Sr. age 69 of Campbell Road Brockway, PA; died on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at his residence. Born on March 29, 1949 in Corry, PA; he was the son of the late Norman and Jackie Sweet Thompson. Retired, Vern had been employed at Mulcare as a Gas Well Tender. He was a member of the Brockport Army &Navy Club; Olympic Athletic Club; V.F.W. Post #7252; Sinnemahoning Sportsmen’s Club; Horton Sportsmen’s Club and the Eagles Club Aerie 965 in Falls Creek. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, going on 4-wheel rides, camping and sitting around the camp fire. He is survived by 2 daughters: Andrea (Dan) Inzana of Brockport, PA; Sharee (Trent) Lewis of North East, PA;  1 son: Robert E. (Stephanie) Thompson Jr. of Wichita Falls, Texas; 1 Sister: Deborah (Tim) Purdue of West Field, NY;   6 grandchildren: Audrina Inzana, Allyson Inzana, Payton Lewis, Brittany Thompson, Brianna Thompson and Brock Thompson. All services for Vern will be private at the convenience of his family.
