I remember Bill with so much respect for all the help he gave me making certain those students with disabilities received the full advantages of our elementary school's programs in Brockway. During my years as principal, Bill would often come to my office to bring matters to my attention concerning students and families needing special help. I called on him often for his advice. I depended on his knowledge and passion for students and parents for whom he was their voice. He was genuine in his care and always valuable in his help. Thank you Bill for your help. May his family know how much he helped others.
