Valerie Ruth Winebarger

Valerie Ruth Winebarger age 64 of 2nd Avenue Brockway, PA; died on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at her residence. Born on September 10, 1952 in DuBois, PA; she was the daughter of the late Glen and Ruby Fye Strouse. She was married to Alan L. Winebarger and he precedes her in death.  Valerie had been employed as a Grocery Store Clerk until her retirement. She was a 1971 graduate of the DuBois High School and served on the class reunion committee. She was a member of the Chat & Sew Quilt Group of DuBois and loved crafts and crafting. Valerie is survived by 2 daughters: Jeanna Winbarger of Brockway; Tracie (Craig) Berenguer of Lawrenceville, Georgia; 1 sister: Glenda (Howard) Becker of DuBois; 1 brother: Jim (Kathy) Strouse of Reynoldsville, PA. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren Ashlyn Hostilo and Cody Winebarger. All services for Valerie will be private at the convenience of her family.
