Dominic Wesley Lockwood

Dominic Wesley Lockwood infant son of Dustin Mycheal Donald Lockwood and KC Autum Miller both of Falls Creek, PA; was born and died on April 8, 2018 at Penn Highlands DuBois. In addition to his parents he is also survived by his Paternal Grandparents: James and Jennifer Buffington; his Maternal Grandparents: Craig and Heather Miller; Step Grandparents: Harvey Bundy and Amanda Chesnalavich; Daniel Schaffer; Harvey D. English; 2 Great Grandmothers: Verna Lee Lockwood and Rosie Bundy; Aunts: Kortnie Miller, Kylee Bundy, Shelby Miller, Heidi Chesnalavich Uncles: Kadin Miller, Damian Dickey, Spencer Bundy, Brandon Lockwood, Joshua Schaffer and his God Parents: Gloria Jewell and Dylan Runyan. Friends will be received on Thursday, April 19 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:30 also at the funeral home with Pastor  Kevin Bockus officiating.  Memorial donations may be made to the Penn Highlands DuBois Neo-Natal Unit 100 Hospital Avenue DuBois, PA 15801.
